VEGAN PARMESAN CHEESE

If you decided to go vegan, to cut out dairy or you are lactose intolerant you can still have some parmesan sprinkled over your pasta. This recipe is great for everyone (also for those who consume dairy products), it's really easy and quick. It's made of healthy ingredients and it's homemade so you know what goes into your body.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup roasted cashews

4 tbs nutritional yeast

1-2 - 1 ts salt

1/2 - 1 ts garlic powder

DIRECTIONS:

Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender or a food processor. Stop in an airtight container. It should last couple of months.

INGREDIENCIE:

1 hrnček kešu orechov (najlepšie je nesolené pražené)

4pl lahôdkového droždia

1/2 až 1 čl soli

1/2 - 1 čl sušeného práškového cesnaku

POSTUP:

Všetky ingrediencie zmixujeme najemno, a dáme do vzochotesnej nádoby nádoby, kde by mal ''parmezán'' vydržať niekoľko mesiacov.
